Shipping Information

We offer multiple shipping methods to suit your needs. Below is a summary of the options for our common game room products. Note that some items are only available for curbside delivery. Each product page on our website details the shipping options under the “Shipping Information” tab. Prices are based on weight and calculated at checkout. All delivery addresses must be accessible by an 18-wheeler freight truck; if you require a smaller truck, please indicate this when placing your order. Upon delivery, please inspect your items and report any damages in the presence of the shipper.

Shipping Method Definitions:
Curbside Delivery

Pricing based on weight. Items will be delivered in a box on a pallet, either in the driveway or wheeled into a garage (if there’s no step or gravel driveway). For commercial buildings, items will be dropped off in front or at a loading dock.
Inside Delivery, No Assembly – 18 Wheeler Accessible

Pricing based on weight. Items will be delivered inside the home or building and placed in the desired room. Items will not be unboxed or assembled. Indicate at checkout if stairs are involved in reaching the final destination.
Inside Delivery, No Assembly – 18 Wheeler NOT Accessible

Pricing based on weight plus a $400 small truck fee. Items will be delivered inside the home or building and placed in the desired room. Items will not be unboxed or assembled. Indicate at checkout if stairs are involved in reaching the final destination.

Inside Delivery, With Assembly – 18 Wheeler Accessible

Pricing based on weight. Items will be delivered inside the home or building and placed in the desired room. Up to 30 minutes of light assembly will be performed. For pinball machines, the legs will be attached and the backbox hinged up, but balls will not be installed. Indicate at checkout if stairs are involved in reaching the final destination.

Inside Delivery, With Assembly – 18 Wheeler NOT Accessible

Pricing based on weight plus a $400 small truck fee. Items will be delivered inside the home or building and placed in the desired room. Up to 30 minutes of light assembly will be performed. Delivery Times:

The Pinball Company, LLC does not guarantee delivery times for any products. Estimates are subject to change based on payment method, product availability, and shipping company turnaround times. Generally, deliveries can take from a few days to several weeks. In-stock new items typically ship quickly, while refurbished items may require cleaning and testing before shipping.
